Subscription Billing

We offer monthly and annual subscription options. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account until payment is successfully processed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to subscriber-only features unless or until you resubscribe.

Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (New Accounts): If you are a new user and are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund by contacting our support team. After the initial 30 days, we generally do not issue refunds for subscription fees already paid.

Upgrades & Downgrades: If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, any remaining balance on your previous plan will be applied pro rata toward your new plan. Refunds for downgrades mid-cycle are not typically provided unless otherwise stated.

Exceptional Circumstances: We may, at our sole discretion, consider partial or full refunds for exceptional circumstances (e.g., prolonged technical issues or other service disruptions clearly caused by us).
